Shawn founded SES Designs in 2015. The studio grew through direct client work, online sales, and an earlier retail period in downtown Chico before continuing in Las Vegas.

Shawn brings a lively eye to color, symbols, found objects, and materials that already carry a history. His pieces can be joyful, sentimental, unusual, dramatic, or quietly personal, but they always begin with a reason.
Keys and keyholes recur naturally in Shawn’s visual world, carrying associations with memory, access, protection, and discovery.
A key can be a material, a symbol, or simply the beginning of a new idea.
